5/21: PE

The individual challenge of training for the mile run has been paired with some group work in our adventure challenges. We are conditioning our bodies for longer distances, as well as learning how to think and communicate as a group to perform a variety of physical and mental challenges.

After the mile run is over, we will continue some shorter runs to maintain our conditioning and to run for the joy of it. Our adventure challenges will grow in complexity as we close out the year.
