Book the babysitter for Saturday, November 8! The Cocktail Party will begin
at 5:00 pm and the Auction will begin at 6:00 pm. Raffle tickets will be
available for purchase at 6:00 pm. Next day delivery of your purchases will
be offered.

Your Auction Projects and baskets should be well under way.  October 27 is the
deadline for baskets and projects to be brought to the school. There will
be an Auction Preview held in the gym from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on October 27.
Please come by to check out all of the fantastic projects and baskets that
will be up for auction on November 8.

We are still accepting donations and sponsorships. If you have not yet
procured an item for the auction, please do so as soon as possible. We ask
that each family procure one item. Nothing is too small or too big and
everything is appreciated. The official deadline for donations is October
27.

Tickets
Invitations are in the mail and should arrive at your door any day now.
Tickets may be purchased online at www.intlschool.org/auction. If you are
interested in purchasing a live auction table for you and 9 of
your closest friends, tables may be purchased for an additional $100.

Volunteers are needed for the day of the event. This is a great way to
participate and get in those volunteer hours. Opportunities include live auction
help, setup and take down, and more.
