New Shelves, New Look, New Books

The library was running out of shelf space!  New shelves arrived right before school began and volunteers and assistants helped with the labor-intensive task of moving books from one shelf to another, in perfect Dewey Decimal order,  Not so easy.  Just ask TIS Library volunteer Marissa Crouch who had the pleasure of doing this not once, but twice, when we unexpectedly received more bookcases (Thanks Maria!). Marissa, you are a gem. Special thanks to Frank and Eros who were instrumental in making the new library look come together before library classes started.

Thank you parents who give so generously to our school library during the auction and all year long through Scholastic book fairs and book clubs, volunteering for library tasks, helping your children read, taking care of and returning library materials and so much more.
