Auction countdown - five weeks to go!

Saturday November 19th at the Portland Art Museum (SW Park at Main). Let's set a new record for attendance this year - invite your friends!





EVENT SCHEDULE

  • 5-6 pm Pre-party featuring a signature cocktail and a chance to make bids in the silent auction before the main event

  • 6-7:15 pm Silent auction with items to suit every budget

  • 7:30 pm Live entertainment and sit down dinner

  • 8-9.30 pm Live auction with Special Appeal

  • 10:30 pm Will call closes


Please bring your auction donations to school! We will pick them up at the front desks - and thank you!


Donor forms and a procurement letter are still available at the front desks and can also be downloaded from www.intlschool.org/auction


Please have your class projects done by Tues Nov 8th. Please contact Reba or Huma when it's ready and we'll pick it up from your classroom - rebaakin@gmail.com or  humatrouble@gmail.com.

  • Loading Friday Night - TBD

  • Set up Saturday - 9am - 4pm

  • Greeter to Live Auction - 6:00pm - 7:00pm & 7:15pm - 7:45pm

  • Silent Auction Table Closer - 6:45pm - 7:30pm

  • Will Call - 7:30pm - 10:30pm

  • Breakdown & Clean up - 9:30pm - 11:00pm

  • Floaters - 5pm - 11:00pm
