"In the Know" Weekly Newsletter - The International School

Left your library book in Maui? Check your suitcases!

TIS library books have journeyed to all corners of the earth. Some have such a great time, they don't come back.  However, the library needs them and overdue book notices will be sent out this week. Please consider these friendly reminders to let you know that you and your child need to return overdue materials to the TIS library so that others may enjoy them. If you know that you have lost or damaged a book, please contact the librarian or submit a check to the librarian (Payable to TIS) for the amount shown on the notice.

On a related note, please make sure that you are returning library books to the correct library. It has happened dozens of times that books have been returned to a public library by mistake. Sometimes they are returned to us by the library. If not, this may explain why a book is still overdue when you think you have returned it.

Please return library materials to the drop boxes located in Stearns Hall and the Library Media Center. Thank you!
