Pick-up cards, tents & more

Pick-up cards were mailed to all TIS families on Friday morning, bulk mail. If you do not receive your cards in time, please have your photo ID out & ready. We will check all photo ID against authorized pick-up lists, whether you're doing drive-through or picking up at the classroom or in waiting area. PLEASE don't be insulted or blame us for wanting to check your ID!

In the past, pick-up duty has been stressful for teacher assistants and other staff because some parents have been unpleasant when asked for pick-up cards or ID. We apologize if this is a hassle! Please assume that we'll ask for your pick-up card or ID EVERY day. Even once the teacher knows you, some day it might be a substitute or a different waiting room attendant - so please have your card ready EVERY day. Need an extra card? No problem! Contact EliR@Intlschool.org. We may be a bit slow at first, but we're working hard to make this as easy as possible. It's all for the children's safety.

The playground: At 3:15, all remaining 1st-5th graders will be brought to the playgound under the tent (parents must park and pick them up there). Children who have already been picked up may use the playground with their parents present, but they will not be able to use the tent. At 3:30, remaining students will be brought to Room 10 in the Hilltop building (middle floor), and the tent will be open for play.
