Summer packet & forms (incl lunch)
This is an electronic version of the packet that will be mailed to your home(s) on August 4. This letter and all the linked files are in the packet unless otherwise noted below.
Welcome Families!
We hope that you are having a fabulous and relaxing summer! School will start before we know it, so please:
* Review the linked files below prior to registration - a lot of it is different than in prior years.
* Plan to attend registration, either Thursday, August 28 or Tuesday, September 2 in the Sherman Street gym. Registration is from 9am to 4pm - come any time and plan to spend about an hour (not including the time catching up with old friends!). All families must register at Sherman Street - afterwards you are welcome to visit your child’s classroom wherever it may be. At registration you’ll get your child’s teacher & classroom assignments, sign forms, turn in the enclosed paperwork, meet PTO & SquareGator (aftercare) representatives, pick up a new t-shirt (if your child needs one), and be able to ask lots of questions.
* If you cannot come to registration, please return the forms to the office (Stearns, Main Building or Corbett Street) on the first day of school. (For additional copies, see www.intlschool.org under “parent resources” then “summer packet.”)
* Check the InTheKnow (ITK) section of www.intlschool.org. It now has copies of the summer communications and summer volunteer opportunities. Once school starts, new information will be posted to ITK every Monday by 2pm - please plan to read it regularly for the most up-to-date school news, events and communications.
* Plan to attend our first PTO meeting, Wednesday, September 10th at 6:30 pm in the Sherman Street gym.
